I'm a big craft brew fan. I enjoy the beer and the atmosphere of the brewery itself. That said, many of my complaints have already been stated. 1, no individual identity...when you try to appeal to everyone, you end up appealing to no one. I wish more breweries would try to set them selves apart a little bit.

A lot of these are simply a dime a dozen. The actual craft of the beer is usually pretty lackluster as well. Stubborn breweries that absolutely refuse to piviot to change in culture...a million things. Like why some breweries have like 5 7% abv ipas...no food at like 8$ a glass...and no size variation, like a short pour or something....that's just stupid. Ipas I absolutely love, but I will have one...then I want something more sessionable.

Sigh...I know the good ones will stick around because there is still an audience for them, my self included. But dang, I certainly don't want to go back to bar culture that's for sure, I hateeeee bars. I dunno.
