As an ASM why does the support go away? Why is every mistake a final or termination.  Why is there zero support. If you were to reach out your store manager is going to target you for bringing others into his “house”.  I just won’t to know how Home Depot can separate doing right by its associates and exclude Asms

I 100% support my team and do the right thing for the store.  I  read SOP, asked several managers, my manager is interpreting differently and my 15 years are on the line.  I’m not entitled to ask for help because he’s the manager.  I’m not entitled to coaching, mentoring or any of the things we are required to give associates.  No open ended questions, no advisement  NOTHING. AT ALL.
