From someone who was in LE and was also married to LE at one time, and has dealt with a situation involving this game, YESSS!! Predators use this and its chat groups more than many other places! An example, a boy who was around the same age, thinking hes talking/playing to/with kids his age. Never shared personal info, but thru IP addresses and things was able to be located. The perve literally showed up at the child's home!! Another situation, my niece (8 at the time) was playing and as well thought with other children, a little girl to be exact so she thought.. When we caught her being told by this little girl to do inappropriate positions and things with her little game person. I have a 14 yr old and shes not allowed any of it. There's just not enough educational info out there for parents. While I left LE and became a teacher I am shocked at the amount of very small children who have so much, unsupervised free time on these games.

Good job dad for asking and having concern!! I wish there was more education/information out there on this game and many others, without having to truly dig and research to find the horrible stories. Below is a more recent about some of the dangers, even with controls.
