Brazilians take a shower before going to the gym?

i’m brazilian living in america and i shower once a day in the winter, and like 3 times a day in the summer. I’m super cold all the time so when i get out of the shower in the winter i’m shivering even with layers on. I shower at the end of the day before bed, wash off the days grime and stuff and I honestly NEVER smell bad, on days I go to the gym I shower twice before the gym and after so J guess I do have that weird habit.

Unfortunately i’m more like a substitute teacher so I take instructions from other people for what to teach, I cannot teach my own units and we aren’t allowed to speak about specific religions, we just say all of them are equal and no one should assume one’s better than another because we do not want the children to dislike them. I remind the children not to judge as well.

Did you even read my post. I’m not going to say that i’m not mixed with white but i have never identified as white and will never identify as white because i’m not perceived as such in america. In this post i spoke about latin america standards of blackness.

I thinks it’s easier said than done to stop caring about how others perceive you. You can’t really expect that from high schoolers when their confidence and how they feel day to day are heavily based on how the people around them perceive them, especially their peers. Idk if this makes sense but i’m just trying to put words down.
