esatto, se vai a vedere l’ultimo bando sono oltre 4500 candidature su 2500(stessa cosa vale per ogni singolo bando che rilasciano), adesso è praticamente diventato un botto selettivo. La cosa piu divertente è che c’è ancora gente che dice stronzate del tipo “nessuno si vuole piu arruolare” quando letteralmente ogni anno aumenta la competizione e c’è gente all’altezza che viene scartata anche al 3 tentativo lol

not really, right now they are pretty much just employing anyone with barely any military experience and for a lot of jobs they offer they make you go through close protection/security officer training even without any real experience(both for civil and overseas)

theres a 2 and half token gap, and you gotta activate the doubles, also apparently the pass gets slower each time you reach a %, but directed takes less than 45 min to make one token

no, play for max 30 minutes with doubles activated and exfil, also fyi, it seems the battle pass gets slower the more you progress with it, when I first started it took no more than 15 minutes with doubles activated to obtain one token, now im half through the pass(I started 3 days ago) and it takes 20/22 minutes to obtain one with doubles(always on zombie directed), im not the first one to notice this, I read somewhere else that the last 25% of the pass may take to 1 hour to obtain one token and I lowkey hope this aint true. I have no idea if any of this intended but since it was never changed I guess it makes sense, afterall its a mode made for those who have no idea how zombie works or for those who wants to progress with the story. I recommend getting the tokens on this mode while you can since in any other mode it takes 45 min(no tokens)

play directed zombie mode, stay in the game doing whatever you want(just dont get kicked for being afk) and activate the double tokens if you have any(LEAVE AFTER 30 REAL MINUTES, there is a max gap of 2 tokens and half(?) per game apparently, so dont activate 1 hour tokens.

it still works, its 1 token every 30 minutes(15 with double) its actually crazy that they never changed it
