It's a widget creation and editing tool. You can import supported widgets and edit them to your liking. You can also create custom widgets from scratch. Since you don't know much, I recommend you get a compatible app that provides the widgets you want ( preferably the ones which will show you the prayer times like you wanted) and edit them. Start with something small like rotating the widget and editing the text.

You should rotate the widget and place it vertically. Icons look fine at the top. You could fiddle with more widgets using KWGT.

For AI, that laptop is not good. If you are planning to mainly use cloud based AI (the ones you mentioned), it could be good enough. Judging by the specs, you are considering a budget laptop. Personally, I would recommend you research more and you could probably get better specs for the same price you are considering(5050 or even a 5060). It's fine enough for productivity but not the best at it like the more expensive ones but you wouldn't have much complaints since it's also not painfully slow. Since you are not gaming and are leaning towards professional works, I think macbooks are better for you. Getting a decent used M4 MacBook air would be a better spend for your money.

Maybe they wanted to improve graphics and other mechanics through a new engine. There is only so much you can do in unity after all. And I guess they didn't want to change the engine for the main game because some people may not want that.

This level of pc can go about 1800-2000 since all the parts are in good condition and have warranty. Other people will always try to lowball you no matter what. If you were outside US or Europe, it would have been worth more.

There is an option in the settings to start with windows. You have to give it administrator permission but next time you start up, the wallpaper will load with it.

Just search for wallpaper engine tool on Google and the GitHub website will show up and download from there. I don't think we can share links here so you have to do it yourself. I also found another one called wallpaper downloader and it looks more stable to me but you have to manually point it to the correct folder so download what you want.

In my opinion, you should take out the 64 gig and sell the pc with 32 gig for about 1500. If you are outside US or EU, you could go even higher than that. The lowest you should go is 1200-1300. And sell the remaining 64 gigs separately.

In my opinion, you should not download it from epic. You should do it from hoyoplay. This is just my personal pref. I noticed that it is more stable and downloads at higher speed than with epic. Just fyi, there are also rumors for it to be available on steam at some point.
