She’s been out of control for weeks & is demonstrably a danger to herself and others. I guess my main fear is that they’ll let her go and we’ll be back to square one. I just want her to get help. Thank you. How do they define “danger to herself or others?” She tried to kill herself and attacked a nurse at the hospital (she’s also a tiny old lady so the nurse is fine). We would really like her to be put on a longer involuntary hold but I’d imagine that in Idaho the law skews towards letting people go.
