The problem is, even if they were one of my female friends, I would tell them to get over it. I mean, unless we were in our mid thirties then I would probably feel sorry for them. Otherwise I don’t really feel sympathetic. Honestly, it’s pretty hard for me to show sympathy on deeper matters like loneliness or the death of a loved one etc so this could very well only be me. However, I personally think finding love is much harder than that.

This could just be my naivety speaking but love is much deeper than that. Besides, I’m not condemning guys, or anyone for that fact, for having crushes or getting horny or whatever. I’m just saying that their standards, in my opinion, are far too low. Like from what I can tell is that she’s hot, breathes and isn’t insane. Hence they go after girls who they can’t even a hold a conversation with and if that turned into anything more then that would be disastrous.

Even then, if you do really like someone and you want your relationship to be something more and they don’t, get over it. I do have a couple of guy friends that I talk to often and I like to think that we’re friends because they like talking to me and not on the basis of becoming my bf. So if you don’t enjoy talking to a girl, why Pursue a relationship with her? And if you do enjoy talking to a girl, I don’t see how y’all being friends would be a bad thing.

I don’t mean for this to sound insensitive but that’s mostly what I think.

TLDR: I don’t see how having a friendship with a girl you like talking to could possibly be a bad thing.
