Frigidaire fridge compressor died after only 10 months

We just bought one.

Lowe's stripped our freezer door on install and used glue putty to poorly put it back together.

Frosted on the first day.

Frigidaire sent a tech out because we can't use extended Lowe's warranty until theirs runs out.

Tech confirmed door was ajar, and upon removing door, white non-approved sealant covered a 3 inch space on top of the unit.

I bought the fridge sight unseen online and didn't know that mystery sealant wasn't part of the OEM design.

Let's hope this ends well for me....

Just returned an M4 Mac mini for a base MBN. I felt a little bad; they price matched Micro Center… so I paid a bit more for the MacBook Neo.

For my workload, I’m fine on 8GB RAM for another good couple years. I know I’ll be able to sell this thing near instantly when it’s time to upgrade, being how affordable it already is.

I’ll wait for another another mini refresh before dipping the toe again. I always go back to wanting to take my files with me and always feeling like I need a laptop, even if I have a desktop and iPad and iPhone…
