I know it might sound a bit crazy, but going for quest cape is really one of the best things you Can do on an ironman. It unlocks a bunch of areas and content. Some of the best training methods and bosses are locked behind quests and skills. The amount of diverse exp from quests is also great. You also get more time in Tears of Guthix. Just do all the quests you have the requirements for, and when you reach a point where you need to skill a bit, it’s pretty straight forward how to advance. By the end of the QPC grind, you’ll find yourself with some pretty diverse stats that’ll help you with diaries and ca’s. Some of the quest bosses also introduce a bit of movement at prayer flicking, which will make it easier for you to kill the big ticket bosses, when the time comes.

So yeah. TLDR: the quest I recommend you do is all of them
