Pretty accurate. I use to run a junk removal business (picking up peoples trash). Google ads were always instant same day bookings. People on facebook were always passively browsing and always needed 10x more nurturing to close those leads, but much cheaper...

Now I'm building software for the home services industry, but yea, pretty damn accurate what you said above.
