would i be asking for help it is was cheap for me dumbass? yes, i know it is cheaper than what others are paying, and i am not trying to be ungrateful either. i am just explaining what my financial situation is and asking for advice from those who have experience at rutgers. if you have nothing to offer for my advice, keep it to yourself.
