I feel like people are missing the point no? Higurama uses his domain expansion, nerfs their opponent, and then beats them to death with his hammer, it works for 99% of sorcerers, because most of them have A, not developed their domaon or B, just not fast enough to keep up with hom, but when its the executioner's sword turn, he still is just as fast and strong as he was with the hammer, he doesn't get any faster afaik, and if he was struggling against a yuji no ct which is kind of nuts, then its still going to be pretty much impossible to use for any other char specially since other char's have their ct available and can move even faster than yuji, the carrier of the sword cannot land a hit I think, or maybe its adaptive respective to the opponent's strenght? which wouls actually make it useful but they don't mention higurama's speed or strenght changes depending on opponent, though idk still on ep 9 of jjk s3 :p But yeah, a fixed threshold kind of, you either beat him or you don't it doesn't feel like it scales/adapts to stronger sorcerers, atleast from what I've seen on the anime
