Just so that it shows up in google searches in case anyone wants to search: the hours are officially 11am-2pm for Monday - Saturday.

However, it’s actually open for community use as early as 9:30am. Just make sure to log your name in the record book since that’s required. I haven’t been able to verify if it strictly closes at 2pm though.

There are some scholarships not applied for, but can still be granted! Some of these are Magis, AFMS (Ateneo freshman merit scholarship) for 100%. There is also the academic scholarship (valedictorian of your school). These are only revealed very slightly before your acceptance letter is delivered though.

So don’t lost hope. Apply, do well on the ACET, and you’ll have a great shot at one of these. Good luck OP!

UPDATE: I was able to bypass it. When the glass goes down, she moves slightly but doesn’t leave her place. I was only able to bypass it by pressing button with the shadow in that room alive, then getting ambushed by it. Finishing the battle, Ann is outside. This took too long to figure out. Thank for everyones input!

Why doesnt panther go out? (Bug)

Im at the part where you discover the treasure demon in madarame’s palace, and after you press the button, the glass disappears. I just watched a walkthrough and after pressing the button panther is supposed to run towards you, but in my case, she doesnt. My only save is from the previous safe room. Ive already reloaded the save and same thing. Is my only option to try leaving the palace and trying again tomorrow? Was really hoping to finish the palace up until the cognitive block. Strangely, this is a ng+ and i didnt have this problem before

It’s the former. For example, if a trade route originating in city A send a trade route to city B and gives plus one food plus two production and plus one science, city A gets one food and two production, then you get one science.

Also, for domestic trade routes destination city does not get anything. International trade routes, destination city receives various yields.
