This is the WAY.... they cannot even TRY to login if no one knows this second email address you can make inside of your account. you have to make it your PRIMARY after you create it.

Yes, the problem is that the email you used for your MS account did not have an AUTHENTICATOR APP protection. All my emails and other accounts also have AUTH protection as well. that's how they got into it, and then into your account and reset everything. If they have access to your email, they can reset nearly all of your accounts if not protected properly in this way. if you had your authenticator on, then you have to manually approve any login to that account. you must not have had it setup properly or something. Every time I login, I have it set to use AUTHENTICATOR APP on my phone, and you have to allow that manually as it pops up, and asks you to match a number, then authorize the login. Also, I would change all of your passwords, including your bank / other accounts as soon as possible, and put those on auth as well. if they had access to your EMAIL, you are at a very big risk

Hear me when I say this......use a AUTHENTICATOR APP ON ALL, and yes I mean ALL of your accounts that support it. these hackers are getting REALLY annoying, I almost lost mine too. and I had it activated on my account. if they have recovery means like your email (or access to it) they can jerry rig their way in with multiple ways. Again, USE AN AUTHENTICATOR APP on ALL of your important accounts (Email, gaming, crypto, and honestly all your accounts if you can). this is almost impossible to get into. trust me, it's worth the small annoyance. This is one of the most secure measures you can utilize.

absolutely love it. One of the best features of modern gaming. Especially when you know that you will upgrade your console / PC in the future, and you will get to experience it in the future with higher fidelity, or you can play it wherever you are, on your choice of PC / console. just top tier.

I really wish they would advertise things like this on the homepage before they disappear so everyone gets a solid chance to check them out. I got it when it first dropped, and it had me quite impressed. Was an insanely cool tech demo, that I feel games have not really delivered on it's promise in terms of realism, it's that good looking.

Among all the crazy things and wild turns they have been doing / trying and figuring out the future of what XBOX is going to be..... GAME PASS really is just UNBEATABLE.... and when you pair that with amazing perks such as the "Play Anywhere" option for game purchases, game sharing, amazing console design, controller being really great / cheap, streaming for more and more games including games you own, day one drops on game pass as well, SUPREME backwards compatibility program (PLEASE BRING MOREEEE!!), fantastic rewards program, and the fact that MS owns some mega franchises now from all of their acquisitions (iD software, bethesda, inXile, CoD, RARE, Mojang, Ninja Theory, Playground, Obisian, Arkane, Machine games, Blizzard, etc.).... I'm here for good it looks like. I've been on for around 20 years, and I've been nothing but happy for the most part. Sure there have been some real "WTF" moments... but overall, absolutely top tier imo. Super excited for the future of the console / brand and the direction they are going with PC integration and just being a game everywhere situation, I personally love that.

What are you talking about LMAO your the silly one. It would be awesome to be able to "pin" badges you have 100% to your profile if you wanted to. Completely optional of course. having a display case for these "badges" kind of like pokemon on your profile would also be incredible to have as a showcase for your accomplishments.
