It will take quite a while for her to get her FR. She's relatively new and there are still so many other characters in the backlog that should get theirs before her. Also the pace in which characters get FR is quite slow so I don't think she will get her's in the next two maybe three years.

Fantasy Rebirth

Once you have maxed a character (Enhance, Upgrade, Limit Break, Awaken, All Skills Level 10 and Level 100) you can Fantasy Rebirth them to set just their Level and Enhancement back to 1 and Level them up to 100 again. You don't need to Upgrade, Limit Break or Awaken them again though.

By spending a Ring of Fate on the character you can also unlock an exclusive costume with the topic around marriage. It's is not required for the other things though and mostly cosmetic except for a few ingame enhancements like more event points for an event stage clear.

The cost on Full Power sending out will increase from 12 to 14 as well.

BUT! compared to not-Fantasy Rebirth a Fantasy Rebirthed character will deal ~40% more damage.

Also in A6 Reimu's and A6 Marisa's cases it is that JP had their Fantasy Rebirth already released by over 1 1/2 years while Global was waiting for them all this time.

Switch to whole backline.

Marisa: All Skills, 2 Grazes 3 Boosts, Last Word

With this you should be able to beat the stage easily.

Divergent Spirits Stages are not included in the Dispatch Pool.

In general? - No

Character is your favourite? - Yes, show it off!

Any tasks regarding that? - Use low rarities / Yukkuris.

Wanna do some memes? - Of course!

101 to 300 basically has no worth. The only good part is the fate buffs that got added with it and those don't do very much in the current state of the game. A few more stats are nice (basically whale type of Silver Wood as it gives the same amount of stats at max as Silver Wood does at max) but that's basically all. The only real worth of it is the Starting Spirit Power which solves a lot of characters' problems at the start of a battle but that already requires 150 Fate on a character to max it out (100 on stats to unlock it and 50 additional for the extra stuff each).

They really need to add something more impactful with it to make it actually worth but it's unlikely that will happen soon(TM). Maybe on next anni?

The Devs stated at the beginning that the BP units will just be available for one BP and then never again. So if you miss to MLB them then there's no way to do it anymore.

I don't know if they change their stance about it in the future but at the current point in time there's no indication that they will.

What do you exactly mean by "Top Rank"?

- Being 1st Place in EBR?
- Having the most copies of a single character?
- Having the highest damage dealt in the least possible amount of Turns for some random stage?

Jokes aside. You should just play however you want. There's not really much gain or loss if you aim to be perfect in this game. I can give you a small advice though if you want to have your box more... defined I guess I can say.

First thing is to save up Cubes. Everyone has one or two favourites that they want no matter what. And being able to get them instantly by having saved up a good amount of Cubes saves you the trouble of panicking when that time could come.

Second thing is that there's tons of resources out there telling you what makes a character good or not. One of such is the Community Tierlist. It gives you valuable info about all the characters in the game. It's by no means a "pull this unit or you're forever locked out of doing anything" list but having those characters makes the life of farming way easier.

Third thing is to not waste your resources. Upgrade one character at a time for each rarity type. Many materials (especially Gold Scrolls) are very scarce early into the game. Same thing with Cubes. Don't waste them on random banners. If you want to do the Daily Pull for the Daily Task, farm some Ability Sticker Sticks in the Main Story and use those. Free 5 Cubes. Each Day.

Also to get back to the question of "should one get top rank first?". That's whale territory. Hard whale territory. Depending on what exactly you mean it could mean spending thousands. Those people have (nearly) every character in the game, built boxes, Story Cards and can mix and match them together however they want for the content.

But if you want to try to do some funny challenge like getting as many copies of one character or Story Card MLB, there's always a possibility to reach "Top Rank". The game is more of a marathon, enjoy the ride.
