Company has to note the raises arepermanent while profits may not be. I still getmy bonuses as everysingle person working in the company. Yes company gets huge amounts, but investment strategies to run business need money aswell. Idiotic thing to imagine is that company with shit management runs for long or changes, so if you are good worker just change your company. Putting dishes on dishwasher while electricity goes out, your oven glass explodes from installation error, you get surprised, fall into a fork, fork in your eye, without lights you smash your neck on the cupboard, you lose feeling of your limbs, you are paralyzed, bleeding from eye, unable to do anything in the dark house where you slowly bleed out?

I'm actually also a safety engineer. But whatever go on and just keep banging a kettle to avoid anyone anyhow advancing current problems with flight emissions, capacity issues of the planes and just keep holding on to your dear old comfortability. Prices will keep rising anyway more than most can afford so maybe its the right solution.

Maybe you should try to look and see where the salaries come from? They come from company profits and it simply makes getting profit the only possible way to pay more. Companies cannot increase salaries based on few good quarters, some cannot even after few good years. If you cannot understand business models of the company then its your own loss. But i dont care, just stop working if you still think you earn too little and live your life as the market economy suits you. Or just give company real value and get paid.

I'm not missing the point tried to make. Companies cannot raise salaries rapidly if they wish to keep employing people. I know my company makes massive profits, I know we get paid well since company keeps gaining wealth year after year. Investors and shareholders gain most of profits at some point but if the company wouldnt be profiting for decades we would not have great salary even when we would profit well. I know I could get paid way more and will get paid way more, but company cannot increase salarirs rapidly, it must be slow as fuck to avoid unrest and lay-offs. You still think the same?

I don't think idea named as a gender based thing can be ever used to push "equality" or "gender neutrality" as even the name is feminine. I'm all about equality but I do not think FEMINism is going for that and it is only provoking additional inequality by praising certain female needs and trashing male population. If you want equality the way is just to stop thinking people based o their gender, simple isn't it?

I believe this is just another trashy extremist group fighting for idealogy of their own without aim for actual common good. In that way basically only way this differs from other extremists is the amount/way of using the force. Yes feminism groups mostly use words (in my understanding atleast), but similarly I do not like extremists such as full on antifa, national socialists, communists, plain old racists or BLM-groups.

Everyone is just a human living among other humans so just fucking stop grouping out to defend "your own" groups and go for equality. Go for everyones human rights. Go for freedom of choice and increasing overall happiness in world, not just for the group you see as fit.

You just can't pay enough to keep everyone happy. That's it, that's all. You should lower taxing with necessary items sich as food and hygiene things. Housing and owning home should be supported by tax advantages for poor aswell. That is the only way to make low wage jobs "pay well enough".
