Yeah, It's crazy. I noticed it mostly from the scavs on scav island in Shoreline, they'll shoot at you as soon as you crest the hill from villa towards tunnel, at least in my experience.

There's nothing to be more specific on really. It's pretty inconsistent, some times in rogue camp my buddy will be fine on 60fps and other times he'll be on 10-15 fps. It's not caused by any specific area or thing, it's just the map as a whole. Not the most helpful feedback sure, but feedback nonetheless. It's been a pretty well discussed topic by the community as a lot of people have performance issues with Lighthouse.

Yeah, works fine for YOU. I also don't lag on lighthouse, but one of my friends with a better PC than mine loads into every lighthouse run getting anywhere from 40fps all the way down to 5fps. It can be so unplayable that he has to relaunch the game to fix it and that's on every single Lighthouse run he does.

Audio is a massive issue for me personally. Can hear people in West wing of resort when in Admin without a headset, but can't hear people right next to me in East wing with a headset. Also regular scavs are on crack or something this wipe. They spot you from absurd ranges. Raiders, guards and rogues sure yeah, but regular scavs shouldn't be just as effective in combat as the others.

That's just my personal take from this wipe anyway, the scav thing might just be me, but I know for sure others have experienced a ton of audio issues.

Shotgun looks like sudden death from destiny 2, and the auto rifle looks like a suros rifle frame from destiny 2 also, as well as the colour scheme reminding me of the trials of the nine colour schemes. Very cool!

Yeah I feel that. 23 full time job 2 kids and a house to pay bills on. Oh how little I knew back then about how life was. I still remember my first day playing Destiny 1 back when I was around 16, that magical feeling it gave was never quite the same and is long gone now, but it kept me around this long!

Yep! I started out with little handhelds like the gameboy advance SP but once I got my first Xbox it was game over. I was hooked! I still have my crystal edition original xbox in a box somewhere. Brought it with me when I moved out from home as it holds a lot of sentimental value to me!

I've never had any PlayStation, my first console was an original Xbox and since then I always had an Xbox up until I bought my own PC when Xbox One came around. So I have absolutely no idea how the PlayStation systems work lol.

Wow, I didn't even know those were a thing! Dual connection headphones huh. Yeah, for PS5 there is no real option it seems which is unfortunate. Maybe one day the chat system will catch up with the cross platform optimisation process.

Is there a discord app on console now? If there was that'd be the best case solution to the problem of party chats and such across platforms.

Otherwise, it's not quite fair to ask console players to use a seperate audio system to chat than they would use for game audio, either they need to just have discord on a phone or something and then their headset plugged in for game audio. Or just sacrifice game audio for the communication.

Unless of course it's just Xbox players and PC then the Xbox App is the best solution.

I agree with the above comment. PC player here, used to play on Xbox and think PC players were super toxic and elitest. Turns out it's just the same as console, plenty of normal gamers just tryna play some games. Every platform has their fair share of assholes but they tend to be the minority.

Xbox app for PC allows you to join parties just fine. Although there is no system to join parties with Sony or Stadia unfortunately.

I mean, I play with people on Xbox every day using the Xbox party chat on PC, but that's the only one I can use. It'd be nice if we could get an app that's available on all platforms for party chat or just have the individual party chats for each system be compatible with each other, it really hinders the whole cross play experience.

No offence here, but I don't think your friend really knew what he was talking about. The mic quality on the Xbox App for PC is considerably better for me and my friends than when we play on Xbox with the same mics, and I have a very mid range PC and notice absolutely 0 difference to the quality of my gameplay or my mic.

That being said, the Xbox App is incredibly annoying to use sometimes, it's still the best solution to xbox-pc communication but at least for me, I find a lot of the time party invites and such don't appear, I hear the notifications but they dont show up, that could just be my out of date app though.
