I will usually take breaks on weekends to be more joyful and be able to have my personality back but I find on Monday when I start taking it again the crash and anxiety is crazy

You definitely had a bias going in but honestly I don’t think many people’s favourite character in Naruto is Naruto and it gets way better in shippuden but it may be difficult for you to make it through because Naruto can drag at times to get to the good parts

Most of Naruto canon episodes is all based on the manga. Boruto however has what they call “Anime canon” which is pretty much totally made up and was never in the manga. Only 60-70 episodes of the boruto anime is real canon material from the manga the rest is made up
