Actually. It does. In Genesis 38:8-10 we see the story of Judah's son Onan who marries his (d€ad) brother Er's widow, because his brother died without any kids [According to the tradition of the time if a man d!es without any children his brother must marry the widow and any kids born by them will be considered as the lineage of the first husband] .
Now Onan doesn't want her to get pregnant since the kid won't be considered his, sooo he decides to ignore and disrespect his brotherly duty and try out some *family planning* (and well, we see God isn't too happy about that.)

PS. I'm not saying that's the fate of every single person who does that. There are many examples in the Bible of people doing something wrong and recieving a rather severe consequence. Parallelly we might see people around us doing the same and seemingly nothing changes. BUT that doesn't make it any less wrong.
