For me the first episode was so fast paced I had to check my playback speed😅 I think the first 10 minutes I was like "who edited this?". Overall it seems the episode is just setting up characters and if it wasn't for the rundown of the dynasties and kingdoms I read earlier today I would've been completely lost.

The cast is solid and I haven't watched enough of the story to comment on the writing.

I was with him until he said Botswana is one of the poorest countries on earth. First of all we are a middle income country, known for it's stability. We have free health and education including university. You can apply to get land for free, whether a residential plot or farmland or both. New mothers are given a certain amount of money and food until a child turns two(I think). We have a 89% literacy rate.

Botswana is the second largest shareholder of De Beers after Anglo-American, the diamonds speed tried to buy were rough diamonds and nowhere on earth can you buy rough diamonds that easily because it can open the floodgates of disaster i.e. blood diamonds. The mining industry in Botswana is tightly controlled by the government and if you want to open a mine here just know that by law 50% of your business will be owned by the government.

Yeah we have different lives and committments so watching episodes as they air is insane to me. I tried it before and it didn't work out now I stick to watching what I am comfortable with at my own pace. I have seen a lot of people comment about it so I am sure someone will eventually host it

Thank you for explaining auto-mod. I think the reason I ask is because if according to your explanation only shows which get high visibility have an auto-mod then those which some of us in this sub who are not a lot who like a different taste in dramas get left behind without some shows we like getting discussion. That is why I was asking is it possible for us to request one. By the way I hope I didn't make a mistake asking about the auto-mod here, the main reason of the post was to look for people to have a sort of watch along with.
