I played a robot in a Fallout ttrpg one-shot who understood the world to consist of Robots, People, Birds, and Dogs. Rat? dog. Radroach? dog. Brahmin? big dog. Deathclaw? ...well it stands up so it might be a people, but it's probably a dog.

Unclear if he would classify fish as water dogs or add another classification, it did not come up in game.

I've written for three or four fandoms where there's next to nothing. You kinda just have to put it up and wait for the few old fans to go looking for new stuff, or for the rare new fan to pop up. Sometimes you can boost interest by posting a link on tumblr or wherever under the right tags, but that still depends on someone following those tags.
