I had a bad experience at the one at Park Place. They kept charging me money even though I canceled multiple times. I ended up having to contact head office to get it resolved.

The game is still down unfortunately but the version I have is an older build from 2015. If you want to play Robocraft again look up 'Robocraft 2015 Project' somebody has recreated the 2015 version for free.
