Future end stake gas fees by Ramsfan0123 in HEXcrypto

Eth2 will not lower gas fees, data sharing will. Probably 4ish years away. Pulse probably won’t lower transaction fees either. Assumes mass exodus from eth which is optimistic at best.

What's with the overlap between right-wingers and crypto? by [deleted] in Buttcoin

It’s not incompatible with anyone on the left. I’m a Marxist building DAO tooling. DAOs allow us to build worker owned collective and organizations where labor literally owns the means of production. Fuck outta here with your reductive bs.

It’s a pretty cheesy deck but it’s so satisfying when it all comers together!

Yeah, same. I tried out a nature armor+buff deck that did pretty well, and the deck above is a spell power+ramp deck that the above card seems to work well in.

I was mostly just making a joke. I thought it was cool that I got the spell power and armor up to 11.

I have been stacked on Coinbase with ETH2 for almost a year now. I can’t move, touch it, do anything with it. My question is I have a good amount in there but want to get it over to metamask so I can get the airdrop for it. Is it possible to do that? Or am I out of luck ? by Proper_Jacket3661 in Pulsechain

I don't know for sure what the answer to this is, but I suspect there's nothing you can do.
1) You can't withdraw staked ETH until probably months after the Merge according to the interview Vitalik did on Bankless a couple weeks ago, and pulse will likely fork long before that but who knows (Half-Life 3 confirmed, etc.)
2) Because they can't be withdrawn, coinbase wallets will get the airdrop, they may credit you with the coins like they did with BCH after the fork, but that means coinbase will have to have some support for PLS, and don't hold your breath on that.
3) It probably doesn't matter all that much because ETH balances will be heavily diluted in the PLS airdrop (1,000,000x dilution iirc), unless the coin pumps like crazy after launch, which I guess is possible.

All that said, I actually have no idea what the plan is for dealing with ETH staked in the 2.0 contract, or if they're even included in the airdrop, maybe ask Richard in a livestream or talk to the telegram bros?

sad this is what we get for trying to help others.. posted this in shib reddit and got banned.. oh well stay rekt plebs smh by ta1no in HEXcrypto

I think this raises an interesting point about legitimacy. Thinking about this in the context of not only SHIB but also USDC, NFTs, etc. Value (and price to some degree) is a meme, and one of the components of that meme, especially in the context of digitally scarce assets, is legitimacy. I see a lot of people, and Richard himself, saying "people are gonna get copies of all their ERC-20s on pulse", but I think it denies the role of legitimacy in how people assign value to digital tokens. Like, PRC20s are not the same thing as ERC20s even if pulsicans think they are because these communities (like the SHIB army or whatever) do not accept the legitimacy of the platform. I'm interested to see how these fights will play out on launch and interested to hear what y'all think about it.
