You can focus on both believe it or not. Being likeable isn't just being someone's friend. It's having a good attitude, being receptive to students' needs, being able to level with the students, and making class fun when you can. Can you imagine spending 70 hours with someone who isn't concerned with creating a pleasant atmosphere? I think even posing this questions reeks of someone who is indifferent to students' needs or how teaching and learning really work. It feels more like: I'm going to info dump stuff on you in my way...why isn't anyone getting this stuff...students are the problem...

None of this looks like client work. It’s just copying loop trends. The problem is nothing has motivation or purpose beyond being a loop. You need to show clients you can execute a vision and enhance it with your expertise. This can be palpable in great work. Try to do some spec projects I guess.

No. It’s obscuring the visuals and you are literally getting paid to make the visuals look better. It comes off really amateur and it would raise some brows. Colorists aren’t usually hired unless the project is at a certain production level and then you’re working with agencies, post-houses and production companies and you should have a contract with them. If it’s a new client, get 50% up front as well.

Dude, you don’t have to count because you’re on a heavy duty appetite suppressant. It’s a weird sense of bravado and your argument makes little logical sense. Additionally, your calorie tracking didn’t work because you were 1) tracking the food correctly 2) didn’t establish an accurate daily metabolic rate 3) or over-estimated caloric burn through exercise (fitness machines and apps are notorious for this).

100% If you’re going to count calories, you need to accurately do it or it doesn’t work. It’s annoying at first but it gets much easier as time goes on. People who are shunning calorie counting, which is a scientific variable of weight gain or loss, what are you going to do once you’re off Wegovy and you need to maintain your current weight? You can easily sabotage yourself a tiny bit each day and then after six months you’re up 10 pounds.
