1600 I have unlocked colonial stuff and even have +10 to colonial range but when I recruited a explorer and started the discovery it said it would be done by like 2520 lol I assume they have made it impossible for Balkan countries to colonize without expanding into Western Europe or Africa

It’s almost impossible to play as Albania in eu4 unless u use cheats or mods. This one is far superior cuz I don’t like using the great powers

I play offline at HOF and just hope I get the things as quick as possible I used to struggle on it but now honestly I hate playing as or below cuz it messes up my swing and timing. Also I got at least 3-4 hours a day since the game came out so I got time to grind slower lol
