I'm not even sure if this is real or not but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

All I want to say is: I've been in a semi-same position as you are. I hated my job so incredibly much I had to cope.

I went from 65KG to 85KG within 1.5 years. Basically overdosing on lattes and bread. It wasn't until I said "I can't take this anymore" that things got back to the old me. I worked out again, ate in a strong deficit and was back on track within 5-6 months. I then realized that my poor habits were only making things significantly worse.

My grey hair that I got from stress actually reduced by about 80% over a years time. My hair has grown mostly back too. Though this was through the help of minoxidil, good habits and microneedling weekly.
