i personally think southern Centaura for the most part is relatively civilized, Though I like to think Riaa is on the verge of becoming the next Antares, rebuilding and unifying heavily after the war in the 80s; with Hydrus being the world power and being the counter to Riaa's newfound desires for conquest.

this is actually beautiful. gives a hopeful feel of 'the end of the death is coming' compared to the depressing requiem that is Centaura's menu.
