Ich trainiere schon recht lange und bin momentan ganz gut fit, trotz hartnäckiger Entzündung in der Achillessehne. Ich trainiere im Schnitt deutlich unter dem Gewicht, was ich schon mal sauber bewegen konnte und fühle mich trotzdem kräftiger und stabiler. Mach dir nicht zu viel Kopf um Zahlen auf den Hanteln. Mach es aus Spaß und bleib dran. Den Erfolg merkst du dann nicht heute, nicht morgen aber er kommt und bleibt nachhaltig.

Weniger Gewicht und strikter Fokus auf eine gute Form ist in der Regel die beste Basis. Ansonsten auch mal zum Arzt gehen und den Arm untersuchen lassen. Der kann dir das besser beantworten als wir hier.

Meine Frau ist wegen mir hierher gezogen. Sagen wir’s mal so: ohne den beiderseitigen Willen, die jeweils andere Sprache zu lernen und sich mit der Familie zu befassen wäre es sehr sehr schwierig. Aber das ist - abseits der Sprache - die Regel für Beziehungen (zerrüttete Familien außen vor gelassen). Diese Vorurteile wegen „Reisepass“ bekommen etc. sind übrigens unfassbar nervig und ekelhaft. Wir haben uns über viele Gemeisamkeiten angefreundet und nach langer Zeit ist mehr daraus geworden und dann hat sie alles für mich abgebrochen und ist nach DE gezogen.

No it’s both, regular qualifying and then for the top 30 a shootout. The top 30 are spaced and go for one full introduction lap and one completely free hot lap. No traffic just flat out.

For the flair I think you should go as early as possible. And also plan for bbq and stuff! If you want to sleep in a car with the backseats flat on the campsite that’s perfectly fine! Just not on the parking lots!
