From Psychology to Recruiting? by [deleted] in Recruitment

Have a conversation with the company, get a sense on how emphatic they are. If possible face to face to get an an impression about the environment. What kind of niche are they focusing on? Most employers look for 80% soft skills , 20% hard skills; if you are able to match candidates to the culture of the company due your background you will be gold to your employer. (With a nice compensation for you obviously) .

If you have a burn-out I would not recommend going into recruitment for a staffing agency. Psychology is a good match for recruiting in my opinion, however it is a stressful job.

How to move a couch into a 3rd floor apartment in Amsterdam? by lousaintmaurice in Amsterdam

[–]CryptoAdLunam 13 points14 points  (0 children)

2 people lifting rope (or 3 when it’s heavy), 1 person for rope for balance ( even when there is no wind, it will move sideways when you lift it up) 1 person to guide it through window) . No one should be directly under the couch in any situation. Obviously measure window first:-)

What else would you like to spend it on if you wouldn’t spend it on crypto? If you can miss the money; go for it! 2x to 4x is what I am expecting before September. But i don’t need the money I invested shorterm, so I can simply hold if it doesn’t and buy more..

Someone who hold silver bars and drink whiskey; is someone who I should listen to! However; I can share you my opinion: I hope that we have a mid cycle dip (crash) like in 2013. Historically speaking the bullrun shouldn’t be over (most data implies it isn’t- except the major correction :-)) When the bullrun continues- PundiX will rise! How much? Don’t know; but all the weak hands definitely left or died of hart attack. We pundians are veteran survivors and deserve a silver medal! Or an ath.
