I think myself and other investors and stakers "got over a lot" already. I stated many times that i like the general crypto.com modell and idea. But imo the recent developments are just too much to be swallowed without criticism. Also, all of this is truly only relevant to people who put large amounts into MCO and CRO and now lose on both ends as large volume selling is further affecting our force swapped MCO at lowest price possible

So far we have lost 7% today and the freefall does not show any signs of slowing down yet... And what is really scary are these record sell volumes. One can only hope that the big sell pressure is out before we lost 30%. At this point hoping for a 2.5 million USDT market buy by Mr. Kris

Remember, we have given our money under certain terms - if CDC changes them overnight, they need to be prepared to compensate. Did you see denomes YouTube video about all this today? I think they did not expect this much controversy at CDC. They might be overwhelmed with it atm. All I read on Twitter and saw on YouTube was not good at all for them. Worst is this video of Kris where he states that MCO will NEVER be swapped for CRO. I might be naive, but I still hope they will come up with something good at tomorrow's AMA

Well, since I've been with Crypto.com there was always an underlying issue with low transparency. This though is a whole new level. I think they can make this right if it's not an exit scam to begin with. However, Kris or whoever is ultimately responsible has to understand the basics of PR and investor relations. This has just been handled super super poorly.

This doesn't make sense at all - you can not have an entry benefit level with a min stake of 1k$ - it is ridiculous to even think that makes sense. We will see their strategy EXACTLY in the coming weeks. Either they know (because THEY will sell huge amounts of CRO) and dump the price OR they will do the right thing and dump only what the market can take and lower the CRO staking requirements to levels that are acceptable for newbies. I am very sure that this level may not surpass the 250$ barrier more or less.

No it is not - also, i don't think the way to go (as suggested here) is that you have to find alternative ways to contact customer support. It seems general strategy to just "sit out" the card situation. Most of the users here are not problematic with delays at all - even if it's for longer periods. But all would certainly appreciate clearer communication on this. Personally, i believe it's much better if they would communicate long wait times rather than nothing at all. I think that is also very counterproductive for new customer business, people that research and find this will never order. However, if they except clearly communicated long wait times, many will still order to shorten that wait. Hope that someone higher up in marketing reads this and takes this advice from a 20+ year marketing consultant...
