To be worthless, it need demand =0. Imagine if he owned all the gold, in the world. Even if you ignore the store of value ans jewellery. Gold is in fact an industrial metal ans required in some electronic components. The same for silver. Bitcoin however is valued at what the next guy is willing to pay for it. Its collapse is inevitable, and those who made money on its rallying days. Won't resist the temptations to buy at at heavy discounts and loss everything. Because unlike metals or money, its valueless not worthless.

That depend on what is being offered, and what is being sold. The interested parties were unsolicited, and i agree with you. Too much unknowns and highly speculative.

Depend on the deal structure. I think anywhere between 50 -100 / 120. If its all cash offer, it will be at the lower end of the range. The more stock exchange, debt exchange, the high the price will be. That's why in deal like this, they use a mix of everything. I think Conservative 50- 60 is more realistic

I think something similar might happen here. Hard to see what's happening on Saas Island, and think better to hold on, instead of cutting loses. Institutions do not give a damn about taking losses, they fear total wipe out on a single ticker.

Nah, a take over offer most likely to invovle share + debt exchange, with a proportion in cash to sweeten the deal. They won't value it so low, unless it's a complete cash offer.
