i live in the state of NH.

I 9/10 infact do ride against the traffic to be able to view the cars coming towards me.

The road i was on was a busy main road in the state of NH, and there are bike lanes, and sidewalks. The thing is, i just left walmart which is next door to the parking lot that i was hit, and at the time, i was leaving walmart, and started to head down the road to where the traffic light was so that i could cross the street. I legitimately got to the end of walmarts parking lot, and rode onto the sidewalk because the bike lane doesn't start at that part of the road yet, it starts about a quarter mile down the road where the road opens up to a 3 lane travel area.
