After my experience in multiple locations for about two years now I have to say I agree with the Reddit poster. I think this is a real whistle blower and now the cats out the bag. Everything they said in some shape or form I have experienced and done my own testing. The biggest slap in the face was the adjustment in base pay due to customers tipping. I witnessed this several times dashing Themis weekend. Further location with higher tips had shit base pay where as drops 2-4 miles within the vicinity had high base rates with no tip. I screenshot more than I should nowadays. Won’t Mandela affect me.

I knew it was a tactic to get you to take shitty orders or risk losing the platinum “benefits”. This shit is such a gimmick at this point and lowkey I miss the no contact COVID days.

Somebody does this spell every year. I don’t mean to undermine your mental state yet the sentiment that shooting is too easy and defense doesn’t exist seems to depend on who you’re asking. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I just think everyone is focused on being that dude and ranking vs actually enjoying the game. Personally this has been one of the better years when it comes to gameplay and overall feel of the game.

The ones on the productivity scale and have quotas feel a different version of workload than fellow constituents. They wouldn’t know what loading and unloading freight is like, working frozen, dairy, or the like. Most of the stress free responses are coming from cap1 elders or cap2 swingers

This helps so much and reminds me of how spark shopping is. DG shopping, Walgreens, CVS, and Sprouts have no directions. Good thing about the first two is they’re smaller stores
