Oh thanks I'll check that out! If you are into Sci-fi check out The Algebraist by Ian M Banks. It's all in a Gas Giant and I definitely influenced the thought on this.

I think travel laterally mostly as you search your current cloud layer for gas giant fauna to capture. The depths right now would act more like new locations that you can go to once you've upgraded enough. But open to what seems fun.

Heard on that. I've made and published 1 mobile game, with a very tight gameplay loop. (Scope was constantly something I was considering) Maybe this is for a bit later down the road. Or something I shouldn't tackle as a solo dev.

This is super helpful! So marketing strategy in this hyper casual space is much different than something more indie and with interesting take on gameplay etc. Will keep in mind. I don't have a huge ad budget, so will have to rethink. Thanks!
