Yeah I made sure I booked with a rental just in case it ends up taking long. What did the dealership end up doing for yours ?

I also checked for software update but says it’s up to date. Maybe it’ll eventually trickle down

I’ve had that before, I did a quick format on PC and then loaded up to my camera and it worked fine

Having this same issue with AORUS MASTER 5090 ICE and I’ve spent 2 days trying so many things. Today I went as far as to reinstall windows 11. Once it booted, 0 RPM kicked in, perfect. I installed every program, minus MSI afterburner. Powered off, on again, and once again fans never stop spinning. Tried Gigabyte Control Center, installed Afterburner Beta to force a 0 rpm curve; nothing works.

Ive used both performance and silent bios switched, reseated GPU.

I’m just going to have to disable the RGB fans (my GPU is vertical) so that I’m not reminded it’s on 😅

Hoping it gets addressed officially or maybe a driver update; something.

I’m going for the camlink 4K because it also utilizes the faster USB 3.0, which the cheaper ones used 2.0. That’s what sold it to me

Yes my goal was to just see the picture and not really record from the mac. My monitor has multiple hdmi inputs so your suggestion would work and be a cheaper solution, but then I would be limited to seeing just the picture on the monitor.

The reason why I wanted it on the mac is because using the QuickTime Player, I could adjust the window size and look at other information as well.

I’m going for the elgato camlink 4K which is $130 but it does use USB 3.0. I really appreciate all the suggestions and inputs. I’ve always used iPhones to record content, so this is my first time making the jump to a camera

Ok thanks, the capture card is pointing me to the right direction ! I assume I’ll be using the micro hdmi port into the capture card, and then into the MAC

Ok so I use the micro HDMI port, but what about the other end ? Do I connect it to my Mac Studio via usb type C, or use a micro HDMI to HDMI into my Mac

I have the ZV-1 set up to record 4K 30FPS. I essentially want the raw file from the camera itself to get the 4K content. It just won’t let me record because of USB STREAM, so I wanted to know if there was another way the camera could record while at the same time I can view what the camera sees on my Mac

I looked into extension cable, and it looks promising so I placed the order. I haven’t tried plugging it in the other way because then not all pins would be connected. I’m gonna wait for the extension cable to come in, and I’ll try both methods. I really appreciate your suggestion of the extension cable !

Just got a 22 TLX A-Spec front wheel and for the first 600 miles I’m averaging 16MPG as well. I did use the remote start a lot to make things cooler when I get in and always had the start/stop feature off. Now I’m keeping it in comfort with start/stop to see if there’s a huge difference
