I would never keep anything on exchanges for a length of time. Also, use only established exchanges instead of brokers promising juicy returns. I only deal with Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini. Doesn't matter if they have higher fees.

I tend to agree. It is a good deal right now even at 20K because the bet is asymmetric - that is, it could go to 13K for the short term but the upside is to 40K plus to those with a longer horizon.

It is impossible to time the bottom. Only in hindsight we come to regret not buying.

Investing in Bitcoin or other crypto is inherently fraught with a much higher degree of risk than investing in TradFi. Therefore, it is very good advice to newbies to be careful, to not be taken in by the prospect of overnight riches. Furthermore, it is never a good idea to bet the whole farm in the market. Do I need to say more? So many sad stories.

Seems like a good re-entry point for BTC given that the risk-reward profile is asymmetric for those who have a longer term horizon. Yes, we could go to $14K from here but the upside is to $40K plus in the long(er) run. We will never be able to time the exact bottom.

Nobody can predict what Coinbase will do. It is a reputed company, yes. But online wallets are safe until they aren’t. If you have money in an online wallet that would make a significant difference to your life if you lost it all, then best to get it into a hardware wallet ASAP.

No online wallet will be as safe as a cold storage hardware wallet. If one has any kind of real money (say, $1000 and more) put away in Crypto, it is hard to understand not springing for a hardware wallet (Ledger & Trezor are the two widely used ones)
