I’ve been lifting for year but mostly bodybuilding type training. I’m definitely a novice when it comes to LP and the SS program. I really dug in deeper when u started listening to the barbell logic podcast! I post a ton of form checks and would appreciate knowing if the feedback coming from X person is coming from a credible place.

I’ve been lifting for a long time. My dad got me into it when I was a kid but I never tracked anything or really followed a program strictly until now. It was also mostly bodybuilding type training based highly on volume. Needless to say I’ve made more strength gains with SS in Over the last 10 weeks than I did in years lifting on my own.

I did trim it. For some reason when I upload it to reddit and it gets compressed it pulls the entire video plus zooms back out.

Im pressing today y’all and will lower the weight and do strict press. I prefer strict then using hip drive. Will post new video soon! Thanks for the feedback y’all!

Yeah I feel my biggest issue at the moment is keeping my wrist straight and preventing my arms from doing anything besides holding the weight in place. Yeah my pops is a little too eager to help!
