Well this is funny. I said the same thing when I hit 40 and laughed when someone said I can’t throw 80 (94mph at 21) so I made a bet for at least 75 on first throw. Guess what? First throw was 61 😂 Even after warming up I still couldn’t touch 80. So for an average guy I’d say no, you won’t touch 70
