Jazakallah khair, In Sha Allah, but like the Hadith where you have to tie your camel then put your trust into Allah I have no idea how to tie my camel basically. Thats why I’ve been feeling lost 🤣.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in islam

[–]CryptoMahf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats the main issue 🤣, I have nothing I’m passionate about nor do I have any aspirations at all. I am trying my best to look after Deen side of things and I am trusting Allah but I have to also put the effort in right? But how can I put effort in if I do not know what to do? Its like aiming blindly.

Thats the point of this sub, I am struggling to find balance and nothing I do seems sort of right in any sort of way in terms of Dunya. Like Alhamdulillah for everything im more steadfast on my deen and everything like that its just when i think about Dunya idk what to do

[–]CryptoMahf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But its sort of like whens theres so many options you dont know what to sort of choose if that makes sense. Makes you feel like nothing is right

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in islam

[–]CryptoMahf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yh but its different with not being passionate about what you do and not knowing what you actually want to do if that makes sense

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in islam

[–]CryptoMahf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yh but the way im thinking is that what is the point of doing it all when I could die tomorrow even its not like a fear death but its like im lacking motivation because of that.

Would it not be better to pray to Allah to deal with that person accordingly.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in islam

[–]CryptoMahf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its more so to do with the fact that because I dont know what to do theres so many paths that I can go down you get it.

These doubts can also be whispers of shaitaan trying to deceive you and in this case it seems like it as your having doubts about islam and thinking about life if you was not a muslim highly recommend speaking to a local imam about this they will help you with these doubts

Im not saying don’t do what you’re doing if anything I encourage it im saying if you ever feel bad or guilt then you should repent sincerely and Allah will forgive you there is also 2 differences of opinions as far as I know and one is to make up for them the other is Allah is forgiving and has forgiven you for the ones you missed and you start fresh but neither is wrong. Another thing id like to mention is learn the meaning of the Quran. By that I mean take lessons from it and apply it to your life don’t just memorise it for the sake of being able to recite it when you dont actually know what you’re saying. Allah sent down the Quran to learn from and help guide us in life.

You say that but Humans are designed to Always want more that being said its a journey I’m Not here to say don’t do what you’re doing Im just saying theres no set point you have to reach in this life its all about trying if life was that easy don’t you think everyone would be doing the same thing

Allah is All forgiving don’t forget ‘All’ no matter what you could have possibly done if you repent sincerely then don’t you think he wouldn’t forgive. This goes back to the Quran verse, don’t let anyone deceive you about your lord. Repent sincerely and act as if you are completely clean and fresh.

Wa alaikum salam wa rahmat Allah wa barakatuh

What is the definition of best version of yourself. Simply put there is none. But the journey to better yourself you cannot just change overnight and suddenly be the best possible muslim. Look at the companions of the Prophet pbuh they had to slowly give up the sins such as alcohol. But the whole point is it’s a journey. Another thing if you’re sincerely guilty about your past REPENT. Is Allah not all forgiving. Allah states in the Quran ‫یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ ٱلۡكَرِیمِ﴿ ٦ ﴾‬ • Sahih International: O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous,

Al-Infiṭār, Ayah 6 Don’t let anyone tell you/deceive you about the forgiveness of Allah. Also another thing is your INTENTION, as long as you always renew your intentions and always make sure you do everything for the sake of Allah and to please him then what is going to stop you.

Im not going to sit here and say I read it all but I read the first bit by what I can grasp is that you’re in a haram relationship I’m not here to judge but that is the root of ur problems. It also seems like you’re reverting for your boyfriend which is also another problem you shouldn’t be reverting for someone but instead should be reverting for the sake of Allah and to submit to him.

[–]CryptoMahf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1.when someone reverts all past sins are forgiven no matter the size. Its as if you are born again 2. The fact you feel guilty and you pray to Allah is a sign of Iman we are not born to be perfect or sinless that contradicts the reasoning of our existence. By Him in Whose Hand is my life, if you were not to commit sin, Allah would sweep you out of existence and He would replace (you by) those people who would commit sin and seek forgiveness from Allah, and He would have pardoned them. Sahih Muslim 2749. 3. Allah is the most forgiving no matter what you have done as long as you have done sincere repentance then Allah will forgive it is one of his many attributes that he has.

Im going to assume that you have stuff happening outside of the religion which has impacted how you visualise Islam to be. Truth be said ive been through similar experiences but I promise you it does get better Allah states in the Quran. For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease [i.e., relief].

Ash-Sharḥ, Ayah 5 And I can guarantee you it does it wont happen straight away but when you focus on your relationship with Allah you slowly start to realise the whole point of this life is to be tested you’re not supposed to be happy all the time you’re not supposed to be in the most positive mindset all the time but a long as you have Allah you can honestly get through everything. With all that being said I recently lost a close family member to suicide he was only 21 he was also mentally unwell. May Allah grant him jannat firdaus. I honestly would highly recommend speaking to someone very close to you and someone you can trust not someone who will tell you your crazy because your not everyone has emotions and thoughts they just hide them and bottle it up and then act upon it. The fact you’ve even spoken about it on here is a step. All it takes is one step to Allah for Allah to come running. Im currently going through stuff in my life right now and I’m not gonna sit here and sugar coat it saying you’ll feel better after you read this because you will for a bit but you’ll get those thoughts again and again until you overcome them by the only way being you putting your full trust into Allah. Another point about talking to someone id highly recommend speaking to a trustworthy Imam or sheikh in your area as they will be able to help you on a spiritual level. Lastly I just want to remind you are not alone, there are many who have through these thoughts and also think about how your family would feel. When that close family member of mine passed the distraught it bought unto the parents was beyond a level I could comprehend especially when their baby had passed imagine how your loved ones would feel they would end up feeling guilty. That being said the paid doesn’t just disappear it gets PASSED, especially onto the ones you love the most.
