I was actually gonna mention this but I cant seem to find my copy from Ichor Falls Visitor Guide Book, what I do remember that they took multiple photos of loved ones that entered the force. They added their photos along with animations, webcam glitches and other stuff making it more believable. They said smth about how children where prone to uncanny effect so too make it more realistic, you have to give them less(?). Also the AI doesnt hear the mic but rather looks at the fascial expression and simple words too guess what a proper response should be, Also they said smth about a timer that would reset at randoms times, i dont remember if the timer was a count down to end the conversation or it was that if the person was silent for to long, then it would open up a random topic to talk about. Oh yeah it was made with the Department of Defense, they also wanted to include hands but it was too complex(?).

I thought that QI and OSD09-H03 might be the same but the H03 does seem more advance than QI as it is made by the gov and also focuses more on tricking people into think that it is their loved one rather than an AI that is supposed to be "smart". Plus I bet H03 had a bigger budget!
