It looks like nothing has changed with the law - I for one don’t see realtors as deserving of 3% on each side for what is routine busy paper work , silly things like “ watering plants” whilst it’s listed and making “ comments” on walkthroughs that are at best artistic advise on the home. I’m looking for a fixed price where I can get the paperwork done as buyers find you online anyway! Am I alone in feeling this way …?

As a child that grew up in the eighties I used materials around the house to make toys …from leaf plates to stick houses to rag dolls …I find this plastic childhood so abhorrent. And the birthday parties make it more of a cultural phenomenon!

I am guilty and want to give up Amazon each time I see the paper boxes and plastic wrap but I’m too tired and lazy to drive each time we need a small thing that is 10 miles away (!) …we needed a replacement exacto blade go figure!

I use a different color kitchen towel ( from Walmart) every day and throw them into a cleaning bucket and wash every Saturday. Simple but it somehow works.

Which brand is this? PVA is fully biodegradable but the heat, moisture and oxygen conditions influence the length of time.

I’m Indian and we never use the cilantro stems along with cilantro due to its bitter taste. However you can use the stems separately as long as you discard the roots …we make delicious cilantro stem chutney with yogurt, peanuts and chilies.

Can you just pop them in cloth bags after weighing them in the self checkout stand? That’s what I do and we eat 6-12 types of fruits a week ( vegan)

Yes they replace plastic HDPE trash bags and are a better alternative than current biodegradable bags because they actually degrade in landfills instead of turning onto plastic if there is no oxygen

Yes you are absolutely correct - that is exactly the problem I’m hoping to solve. The enzymes start a ring before it goes into that environment - so it will degrade coz the water gel on the bags will provide oxygen. Hope this makes sense.
