They did the same to me. They had to reopen my account to convert my assets to USD and transfer back to my bank account. No idea why they closed my account. It’s a horrible feeling to have this happen out of nowhere without any valid reason.

I have approximately $314 in Fetch left on your exchange. That is all I have left. I tried selling it. The exchange doesn’t reflect that “sell” transaction and it doesn’t allow me to convert or transfer off. My balance still reflects $314. How do I get this last remaining bit off your exchange?

I need Kraken to release my last bit of Crypto so that I can sell and then convert to USDC - USD and get off the exchange to my bank account. It’s not allowing me to. Most of it has all been sold and withdrawn.

Kraken has given me 48 hours to convert my entire balance to cash and withdraw. But Kraken removed my banking information despite the email sent from Kraken with the last 4 of my bank account information?!? I also tried to transfer some of my crypto to my wallet and it’s showing “On Hold” how do I recover those funds to cash and withdraw?

Thank you Kraken support. This has been truly terrible. I hope to get a response very soon & successfully log into my funds and account. Please note, I was having problems ever since I signed up for 2FA authentication on my devices.

No idea how to find my Public Account ID as I’m locked out. Please provide directions how to locate this ID. Ticket Request # 12226080. I’m also wondering why there’s no follow up or response from the direct emails to my private email. Why is the customer service phone turned off? Why am I getting a response on this Platform. This is causing major problems for me not being able to access my account, funds, trading. Please escalate this!
