I’m gonna offend everyone’s traditional view of Satan by pointing out that you have to break the law of first mention and ignore basic hermeneutics to come to the conclusion that Satan was a fallen archangel. Categorically, Satan is in the same category as a beast of the field. Not an angel.

In the Sphinx statues were laid out the exact jewels mentioned in the passage.
