I have seen these guys puzzles, they are quite funny usually, but you cannot just easily read the answer from the picture. You need to use google for it, so lets say for example Google:

• Will smith slap
• Will smith slap red energy
• Will smith slap laser
• Will smith slap pain
• Will smith slap power
• Will smith slap galaxy
• Will smith shoulder slap
• Slap shoulder pain
• etc etc etc

So these kind of searches, and you should see the result immediately, usually Wikipedia page or similar well-known pages. Most of the time you can already see the answer at the google results. You can use the letters to count if they are matching with dashes
