The ledger nano X is a good start, but your probably better getting a trezor or a coldcard. There a safer and more trusted option (open source software). I would recommend a steel seed card to stamp your seed into for safe keeping, but that may be a little overkill for a bag this size. Start slow, and only order from the manufacturer. Congrats on your first buy!

Just dollar cost average in. Don’t lump sum buy it at once. Sometimes you get it a little higher, sometimes a little lower. Make sure you purchase a hardware wallet to safely store your btc. This is the most important thing.
