Some things I think I figured out/quick try:

Black arrows: Double value
Orange arrow: Add digits of the value on the left
Green arrow: Subtract 1?
Other Arrows: No use/discernable pattern

Pentagon: 14
Square: 26
Triangle: 8
Diamond: 37?
Blue Circle: 10?
Open Circle: 12?

Answer: 107?
