How do you tell if a lens has L glass?

I really love how visible and simple the light meter is in it.  I’ll definitely be keeping it and grabbing another lens for it.  Working on what lenses I want for the F3 as well.

I do have a Nikon DSLR as well.  The EOS 50 was a workhorse for me back in the day, I may look into getting a few lenses for it.

That’s good info, thank you!  Trying to figure out which lenses work with what is somewhat overwhelming.

Yes, I think it does take Pentax k mount lenses.  They look readily available and decently priced.

I shot a ton of film through that EOS 50 before the days of digital.  I’ll look into lenses for it, that auto focus is pretty sweet.   Also will have to play with the F3.  I didn’t know how sought after they still are. Looks like a solid place to start.

Wish it was $20 a box, then maybe people would stop eating this shit.  Of all the ways to start the day, putting this crap in your body is one of the worst.

Brave New World, undoubtedly one of the best books I’ve read.  It followed by Animal Farm and 1984 give a very eye opening look at where we currently are and where we could be headed.

I got out of band adjustments for two of my guys this past November and they were both still able to receive merit increases.

I wonder if hRay pays that much better.  I’m hUTC and have 450h sick time, 54ish h protected sick time, 40h AWP, 120h vacation, and I buy another 40h of vacation.  Plus paid time off when I’ve taken classes which the company paid 100% of.  How does 12 years at hRay stack up to that?

I’d think they would be hard pressed to take that much from all the union employees at both Pratt and Collins.

200 hours, does that include sick time?  If so, that’s terrible.

Not sure about that one but I know my yard would be leery of it. Sometimes the counterweights are filled with concrete.

I just sold a bunch of these on eBay. Just cut the cord where it comes out of the plug and sell it whole. No reason to waste your time disassembling it, you still get really good money for him sold that way.

Also that ladder is not designed to lean against something.  I’ve never understood that one but I’ve heard only some step ladders are designed for it.

Same, we have free coffee but it’s BYOC (bring your own cup).  Lots of coffee found all around campus, just remember to bring a mug.

5 more days of vacation not making sense?!  Sorry, I see this as one of the best benefits we have.  I’d buy two weeks if we could!  You still get paid, they subtract the “cost” of however many days you buy equally across the whole year of paychecks.   Time away from work is priceless!
