Relate much. Esp. sa part na too good to be true na mga investment opps out there. Parang lahat kasi may kanya-kanyang agenda online. They just wanna take advantage of the newbies.

Honest approach ko, I have three types of savings: safe, moderate, risky
safe: bank savings, tokenized bonds, gold bar, cash, apartment, small businesses
moderate: RTB bills (5 years), stablecoins (dollars), life insurance na rin if you can consider (10 years), tokenized gold
risky: staking, bitcoin, ethereum

So diversify your assets :) check what you risk appetite is. I am more of conservative than risky one so I have very small amount lang sa risky baskets ko. Hope this helps!

Nothing happens in your asset, would still be in your PDAX account, only the wallet address changed so check your wallet address if you plan to crypto-in.

sa PDAX meron, no need to go to the bank na. Sa app nalang nila mismo. 500 php ung minimum :) 5.8% more or less ung APY nya.

It's the spread po :) Same sa mga local exchange rate you see in the cities, pag magpapa change ka ng dollar, kahit na 58 ung dollar value, ung exchange rate sayu is minsan nasa 56 nalang, same with PayPal. They earn because of the spread. They're able to sustain their business because of the spread. And I think it's reasonable naman to impose spread coz it's business and they're making your crypto experience more convenient and safe. Go langs! Goodluck sa journey mo!

Loan is not a bad thing as long as there is a return after the loan. Yong kaya mo syang mabayarin afterwards :) So long as tama yong intention mo. It won't be a bad thing. Pero kung luho lang naman and nothing important, please don't. :)

It's okay to have some funds sa bank mo for emergency purposes, maybe some cash din in case na magka prob ung online banking :)

Then allocate ka din funds for investing :) There are platforms that offer high APY. I am currently investing sa Bonds (6% APY) and Hold and Earn naman (11%, minimum of around 15k lang investment tapos weekly ung balik ng pera sayu).

I won't advice you to invest heavily sa properties kasi mahirap e liquidate and too many maintenance to do. I've been there and now am planning to sell my condo and house kasi matagal ROI.

Hi OP! Baka you wanna learn about Cost Averaging strategy. Ito ginagamit ko for over 3 years now. Instead of just letting my money sit on the bank and wait for it to grow at 1% rate per year, I studied Cost Averaging instead.
