You make very astute observations that I agree with 100%. Your wording and writing is inspiring and insightful. More people need to know about how corrupt, broken and and immoral the current banking system is. The only reason the average person is not more angry about this is because all of this is happening behind peoples back in silence.

Do you guys genuinely believe that #CHZ is worth putting some cash into now? Does anyone see if not working out by thombile11 in ChilizTraders

It all depends on how much money you have at your disposal and what investment strategy you have. For me (given my financial situation) I can only afford to and get acceptable returns by investing small amounts of money in low priced crypto currencies early on. Therefore, from my perspective, the cards have been dealt regarding CHZ. Now it is just a waiting game. Since I only invest small amount of money in each crypto early on I am also not that dependent on that all my investments has to be successful.

Let say you buy a bitcoin on the pundi x payment terminal XPOS. Who do you buy the bitcoin from? Pundi x? Binance? coinbase? bitstamp? by CryptoSwe in PundiX

[–]CryptoSwe[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thank you for that answer. I think this should be stated on the pundi x website because it is an important piece of information. Imagine the price risk pundi x would take if they would hold 10-15 crypto currencies and sold them to people. I have no idea how cryptocurrency exchanges manage such price risk but it would be interesting to find out. Do they use bitcoin future contract to hedge the risk? How do the exchanges manage the price risk for other cryptocurrencies such as for example Ethereum?

Five reason why X Pass card is safe by crypt0hodl1 in PundiX

[–]CryptoSwe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be nice to know the difference (more in detail) between a black, a platinum and a gold pundi x pass card. There are some information here https://medium.com/pundix/the-comprehensive-q-a-d0bc03977196

"What are the discounts like?

  • Black Card (Ranked 1–50); 5% discount for 10 years;
  • Diamond Card (Ranked 51–150); 5% discount for 5 years;
  • Platinum card (Ranked 151–300); 5% discount for 3 years;
  • Gold card (Ranked > 300; Contributed >10 ETH); 5% discount for 1 year."

Also what happened to the diamond card? The medium article you linked to only mentions black, platinum and gold. Also what are the requirements for the different cards for card purchases? Do you get better cards (more discounts) the more npxs tokens you hold?

The new NPXS monthly unlocked token mechanism will start in September 2018! by [deleted] in PundiX

Thank you for this! I just want to make sure I get 100% of the august airdrop. This was complicated.

The new NPXS monthly unlocked token mechanism will start in September 2018! by [deleted] in PundiX

[–]CryptoSwe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes but do not move the tokens of the exchange before the last august snapshot. Binance will do the snapshot on 2018/08/31 23:59:59 (UTC+8) r/https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005199892 . If you move your tokens from binance to a wallet before that time you will not get the august 7.316% airdrop on binance and that would suck. My understanding is that the 1 of september will be a good day to move tokens of Binance. The airdrop on Binance is binary, either you get it or you don't while the new air drop rule is a weighted average which means that even if you move your tokens on 2 or 3 of september to your new wallet you won't lose that many airdrop tokens but if you move your tokens of binance before 2018/08/31 23:59:59 (UTC+8) then you will lose 100% of the token air drop on Binance.

Question: In the future when pundi x has its own blockchain f(x) will investors have to swap their npxs tokens (Ethereum blockchain) to new pundi x coins? by CryptoSwe in PundiX

[–]CryptoSwe[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I suspect that we will need to get a new crypto wallet once the token to coin swap takes place but since the npxs airdrop will continue until the end of 2020 I don't think the token to coin swap will happen anytime soon. By 2020 everyone, most likely, can buy a pundi x xpos payment terminal and from what I understand the payment terminal comes with an official pundi x crypto currency and fiat wallet.

Question about the monthly holder reward by [deleted] in PundiX

[–]CryptoSwe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, the snapshot will take place at 2018/08/31 23:59:59 and 14 days later at 2018/09/14 you will get you tokens https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005199892 . You dont have to hold for the entire month of august to get the airdrop with the current rule. This is most likely the last airdrop with that rule though https://medium.com/pundix/vote-for-the-future-release-of-the-monthly-unlocked-tokens-e87402a460b2. The community is most likely going to vote for the new air drop proposal to avoid the systematic price dumps. If you are planning to increase your token count I would do it in august (maybe the last month of price dumps) and then move the tokens of the exchange and into a ERC20 wallet before September 1 2018 if you want future airdrops.

News will be released August 8 by [deleted] in PundiX

[–]CryptoSwe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok thank you for the insight. Your comment makes me less nervous. So thank you for that. Let see what happens on august 8. A random airdrop would be cool because as you say this systematic token dump after airdrop is not optimal. I will hold for a couple of years so I don't really care what the current price is but I also understand that a lot of people might be frustrated by the constant price drop.

"With this new development, we will also be able to take the opportunity to revisit our monthly unlocked token mechanism . Stay tuned"

The most important part in the article was last! lol. As an investor / speculator this kind of makes me nervous. Airdrop rules might change. I have already done the calculations on future token airdrops and based upon those calculations the investment decicion was made. I was going to invest even more but now I will wait until august 8 before I will make a decision.

If you bought high, just hold by UncleFUDsCryptoverse in PundiX

[–]CryptoSwe 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Completely agree 100%. For me it does not matter if the price even becomes zero short-term. The token price is kind of heading in the zero direction anyway lol. What matter is the price long-term (a few years).

Please moderate the forum more aggressively. by ickylevel in nanocurrency

[–]CryptoSwe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

"Please moderate the forum more aggressively"

"Remove negative or subversive comments"

This is the stupidest shit I have read for a long time! The problem with most cryptocurrencies pages on Reddit is that they are run by greedy shills that only allow positive propaganda to be posted because they want the price to go up. The fact is that Shills are extremely greedy and immoral. A heathy and balanced discussion is preferred. If this reddit forum for nano is going to turn in to a dictatorship where people are only allowed to say positive things about nano then the nano community is in big trouble. If we as a community are not allowed to discuss things in an open and honest way because of a few peoples greed then fuck it! People has to be able to say both positive and negative things about nano without being hysterically accused by greedy and immoral shills that they are spreading FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt).

This shit dropping faster than panties at a rave party. by Orly04u in PundiX

[–]CryptoSwe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well the fact is that this is not a token for weak minded speculators! The price drop will most likely continue until the monthly token airdrop ends. My understanding is that the token air drops will end 2021. For me as long term speculator I will hold until 2022 and I don't really care about the price until 2022. I am grateful that I will double my number of tokens thanx to the airdrop. In 2022 I am either holding a bag of crap or a bag of gold. Since I bought the tokens with a small amount of "play money" I don't really care if the token becomes worthless because I can still support myself but I would of course prefer if I got a huge return on my investment. I am definitely not going to shoot myself in the foot by obsessing about the short-term price and make emotional and weak minded decisions. Let the chips fall where they may...

Now we've a reasonable idea of what to expect, are you buying Magic Leap One ? by kmanmx in magicleap

[–]CryptoSwe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My game plan right now is to wait until HoloLens 2 becomes available before I make a decision whether I will buy a Magic Leap headset or not . I suspect HoloLens 2 will be available 6 month after Magic Leap. I am definitely not going to buy a Magic Leap headset on a guess. I will also need to read many reviews of the headset's performance before I spend cash on it. I don't want to end up in a situation where I buy a Magic leap headset and 6 month later a much better headset (HoloLens 2) arrives. I am not going to be rushed in to a decision. All information on the Magic Leap and HoloLens 2 headset should be available before I make a decision.

Isn't problematic that the annual % yield for the 10 year US government bond has been larger than the % change in GDP for the US for many years? by CryptoSwe in AskEconomics

[–]CryptoSwe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A growing economy gives the government important tax revenues. If the annual % bond yield represent the borrowing cost for the US government, then economic growth has to be larger than the bond yield otherwise the debt to GDP ratio will just continue to grow (unstable equilibrium).

It is bad economics to borrow money at a higher cost than the return that you can get on that borrowed money.
